PMG hires people who want their work judged by results. We're based in Lokhandwala, Andheri West, Mumbai, and we look for media buyers, SEO and AEO specialists, creative strategists, performance designers and video editors, and marketing analysts. Who does well here
- Operators. You've run real budgets, or real SEO programmes, and you can explain what moved the numbers and why.
- Sceptics. You don't trust platform-reported ROAS by default and you like finding out what's actually incremental.
- Writers. You can explain a result in one clear paragraph to a founder who has five minutes.
- Builders. You'd rather create a template, script or checklist than do the same task by hand twice.
