The short answer
This policy explains how Performance Marketing Guru ("PMG", "we"), 10th Floor, Aston Building, Sundervan Complex, Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West, Mumbai 400053, handles personal data collected through performancemarketingguru.com. What we collect
- Enquiry data you give us through forms, WhatsApp, phone or email: name, phone number, email, company or website, budget range, the service you're interested in and your message.
- Campaign context attached to a form submission: the page you submitted from, the referring page, and UTM or click identifiers (such as gclid or fbclid) present in the URL.
- Usage data through analytics tools, if enabled: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP, and interactions, collected with cookies or similar technologies.
We don't ask for sensitive personal data, and our calculators run entirely in your browser — values you enter into them are not sent to us.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare an audit or proposal, and follow up about it
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, so we can improve the site and our marketing
- To meet legal obligations and protect against spam and abuse
We rely on your consent (given on our forms) for enquiry follow-up, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to 24 months after our last interaction unless you become a client (in which case contract records are kept as required by law). Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics tool.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise your rights. Email info@performancemarketingguru.com with the subject "Privacy request". If you're not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
We use HTTPS across the site, restrict access to enquiry data to the people who need it, and use reputable providers for hosting and email.
